All personal information will be kept private and not sold to third parties. Please refer to GoDaddy‘s website for their policies regarding privacy. They are merely a host to heidinART’s shop.

Terms and Conditions

heidinART Terms and Conditions for online purchases:

  • heidinART reserves the right to withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • heidinART is not liable for information errors or website downtime.
  • All products sold from heidinART are for the personal use of it’s customers, not to be resold in any venue or online.
  • heidinART products are individually handmade pieces of art. Imperfections and irregularities are part of art and give pieces their charm.
  • heidinART is not responsible for delays in shipping. 10-14 days is expected delivery time.
  • Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. will not be tolerated and will be subject to investigation and possible incarceration.
  • heidinART is not responsible for inventory that gets altered post-sale from heidinART. An inventory library is maintained to show what original art looked like at point of sale and upon shipment.
